Fastway e2 WDH Installation

Has anyone installed a Fastway e2 WDH?  I ordered one and also ordered the 4 3/8" inside and outside link plates that equalizer sells for the BAL/Norco frame size.  I was surprised to find that the bolts needed to install the L-brackets were not included.  Have any of you ordered this set-up?  Did you get the bolts with your order?  I guess I just assumed (yeah, I know) that the speciality link plates would be fabricated like the original link plates with the bolts welded to the link plates.  Looking at the website again I received exactly what they show in the pictures (no pre-welded bolts) but see no mention that extra bolts would be needed or any place to order them.

    Check out this thread.  A couple people have installed the fastway....seems to be one of the best options for the T@B.

    The bolts are not included with the link plates. You have to order them separately.
