We (Kristi & I) bought our very first trailer this past weekend here in Columbus - very excited about traveling around the Ohio this summer and then finally going to Orlando in August.  We found this forum very helpful and want to thank everyone for sharing their insights. We hope to share some of our own in the months and years to come as well.

    @splatmatt, just welcomed you on your other post. Congrats on the trailer! Check out the Ucamp 18 info, July, Sugarcreek, Ohio. This a gathering of t@b and t@g owners who are invited to come to the birthplace of their trailers. The NuCamp folks welcome us "home" and host us for a week. Hope to meet you there!

    Well, we just upgraded our T@B with a new tow vehicle! Chevy Colorado (from an older Subaru). Can't wait to go camping this year!

    Congrats! If you use Facebook, there is a Central Ohio Group you can join. They ha e periodic meetups.

    I don’t use Facebook (it’s a principle thing), but my Wife, Kristina does and has made a request (today) to join the Central OH Group.

    In May, we are camping at Cowan Lake SP and spending a day over at Kings Island - This is will be the first trip for the year with our new tow vehicle.  We chose Cowan Lake as we still have to perform a recommended tow break-in (which is after the initial vehicle break-in and an oil change) of 500 miles of easy towing with road speeds less than 50 MPH - so it should be a fun backroads trip.
