Wobbly loose Lagun

We bought an used 2017 320S and the table top slants down and it seems like someone pushed down on the end making the joint loose. I have not found a way to fix this. Anyone else have this issue?

How about a picture? Has the plate that holds the table top come loose or is the problem with the ratchet handles?

Ok, you need to loosen the ratchet handle in the picture and let the support arm peg enter fully into the opening. You should not be able to see the peg.
