400 bathroom door

When traveling our bathroom door will not keep closed. It swings wildly around and has gouged our ceiling. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution to prevent this? Thanks

There should be a strap at the top to prevent the from swinging into the ceiling. Our door also latches very securely.

Make sure the door is not warped. You might have to adjust the latch.

Thank you for the comments. We do not have a lock on the door and we will put a strap on the door. The latch when we leave for a trip is securly shut but 10 minutes later the door is open.

Our Bath door does not have a strap. Just the closet door.

We bought our 400 in August 2017. We are going to the Ucamp and also have some warranty work done. We will add the strap to our list. Thanks

I actually had our door replaced because the fit was not great when closed and the latch kept comming loose.

We had the same problem. Easy to see the door is warped. At Ucamp, we'll have this checked. But our dealer adjusted the hinges and and the door doesn't open when we travel anymore.

my door latches well but does come open on rough roads so i lean the cushion from the dinette against it and all is well. I also have the strap.
