Shore Power Charges Battery - Right?

I just put in a brand new battery and want to confirm that shore power will charge it up and top it off. Is this correct?

Yes, so long as your battery disconnect is switched on.

Some members with large capacity (AGM ?) batteries have reported that the TaB converters have issues related to inadequate time in the absorption phase, but that does not seem to be a problem for wet cell batteries of lesser capacity.

It’s a 2015 320S so no disconnect switch, just a fuse.

EDIT, ignore my post, I misread. I thought it said tow vehicle charging.
