Clamshell Seal Maintenance

What is the factory recommended maintenance for this seal? Starting to get some wear and breakdown of rubber. 2016 CS-S. Also getting floor buckling in the kitchen  there’s no sealant along the floor/wall seam. Dark part is vinyl floor

    You should probably treat it regularly with 303 spray.

    I don't have an under hinge seal cause mine's a Dutchmen, so I put this rubber seal over the top

    The official word is to use GEOCELL MHRV 2300 sealant on it.
