Water pump issue inside the 2017 T@B320

I want to test my water pump. I filled up my fresh water tank to about 20% level. Turn on the water pump. Test out water in the sink and the shower. Water just spray out intermittent On and Off. No issue with live line water pressure. Is my water pump is going out or because the level is too low? Any comments?

Myself, I would fill it to at least 50 percent then turn the pump on and leave it on then turn on one faucet and let the water run until the sputtering stops or you run out of water. Then you can get a better diagnosis. If it keeps sputtering the whole time, you may have a loose connection somewhere that is allowing air to get sucked into the plumbing lines.
Thanks, Jerry

Good point. Thanks for comments. I filled up the level to 50% and the problem went away...

@huanvanho - if possible, before leaving on a trip where you will be using your fresh tank and water pump, it helps to hook up to city water, clear your lines of air and fill your Alde hot water tank. That way, when you get to your campsite, your pump should easily work and you will not waste water clearing air from the plumbing.Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

How do you fill the hot water tank? I will be using my fresh water system and pump for the first time next season and want to study how to do that. Also, how long does the water stay "fresh" in the tank and safe to use? TIA!

@ChristineHart, you did not mention which model/year T@B you have, but see this discussion for how to fill your water tanks:

Not long when not in use, especially in hot weather. Bacteria grows easily in still tanks and pipes. Best course of action is to fully drain the entire fresh water system after each trip.ChristineHart said:Also, how long does the water stay "fresh" in the tank and safe to use? Thank you. Sounds like I think I will be ok, then. If I fill it before I leave, and use it within a week, it should be ok.
