  Norcold is supposed to have a very thorough tech support crew. Try calling them for troubleshooting.

  Make sure the trailer is level! It won't work if it isn't level.

  Failure to cool in any mode suggests something is amiss not with the heat sources themselves but rather with the adsorption cooling mechanism. I second Verna's suggestion to elevate this to Norcold tech support.
