New Television for Dutchmen T@B Clamshell

My old Coby bit the dust, so time for an upgrade. Old Television. I'm replacing it with a 19" Jensen TV/DVD Combo

The old TV is out, but lots of holes

Cover up the holes

TV Mount

Cord Management

Final installation. It swivels, and has a built in DVD player

@Mouseketab - does it fold back under the cabinets?

The bracket will allow it to do that, but the cabinet is too narrow for it to fold back all the way and latch with the built in "catch" So I just tightened down the folding bolts and it now can not fold back, so it will just hang. If you got a 15" or 13" TV, it "might" be small enough to fold back. I was all set to get a 15" Supersonic TV/DVD combo, but really didn't like the reviews. I moved it over to the right so we could still use the portapotty with the bigger TV, and we don't sit on the other bench, so it won't be in the way. (As a matter of fact the other bench may soon become a taller dresser.)

Here is a link to the actual bracket.

Thanks.  The bench area is a good spot for a dresser and the potty can stay in the bench.

Both. It came with both 12V and 110 power plugs. I am using 110.

I’m wondering if this would be a good replacement for the original tv that came ith the 2016 T@B max S.  Or is there a better recommendation.

    Terry:
I replaced my Jensen factory unit with this:

It's 22" wide, so it slightly sticks out from the bathroom wall.  Has a 12V input, HDMI and USB.  Have been very pleased with it.

@TerryV6 Depending on your viewing habits, any 12V monitor with HDMI input can work. Our viewing routine is to sometimes stream a movie before crashing for the night. For this, a smart phone and HDMI adapter are all that we need. We replaced the Jensen TV with a retired 27” CAD monitor and replaced the Jensen radio with a LG Blu-ray/DVD player. Also shortened the bracket to give more rigid support for the heavier monitor.

Thanks, those look like very good suggestions.  We had a few trips this last summer where it was constant rain.  We were streaming stuff to the current TV and decided it was time for a replacement for those infrequent occasions.  I never have tried to run a dvd movie  but we also have tons of those.  So, we could search for a set that has a built in player, or buy a cheap one to connect to the TV.  I've seen suggestions for those.  Winter tends to be spent looking for new things to add, right?

Mouseketab - based on all your wonderful posts, I assume your new television only plays the Disney Channel.

LOL, actually no. I do have Disney+, but usually just the weather when traveling, or if hubby is along and it's in-season, Braves baseball.
