Silly Question from New Owner

I brought home a (new to me) 2021 Tab 400 yesterday (photo attached). The silly question is in regard the bed cushions Per the photo attached, the left hand cushion appears to have been fabricated upside down. The previous owner states that the dealer told him that is the way they fabricate them at the factory. Makes no sense to me. Are other 400s like this? If that is the case, what is the rationale for it?
Second (and more important question - Is there an easy way to locate the manufacturer's owner manuals for the Alde, Cool Cat A/C, 3 Way fridge, etc?

We have a 2020 400 BDL and the cushions are the same. Although I have all 3 turned the same as your bottom cushion with the clipped corner. To make it more comfortable, we had Mattress Insider make us a custom topper.

@Gherzig The back cushion with the notched corner is correct, then othet two are upside down. The quilted brown surface goes up. Congratulations on your new TaB. Welcome aboard, and happy camping.
