Does anyone carry a spare hub with a 320 S Boondock? If so, what is the part number and where did you purchase. Thanks

    Sorry, I'm confused.  Hub as in 'wheel hub with the bolts that the lug nuts screw on to' ?

    The TorFlex axles has a Spindle that is welded in place and then a Hub/Drum part that is placed on the spindle.  Dexter sells Hub/Drum replacement parts and kits . . . on wheel kit could be $500.

    Not sure why anyone would carry these as a spare.

    Just a hub with bearings. Bearings go bad just switch hub, usually a $60 part

    My unit has the Dexter 8-247 hub/drum.  Available at eTrailer
    Carrying one as a spare still seems to be major over kill for the average usage camper.
    With correct bearing maintenance using the EZ-Lube system on these axles, the likelihood of a bearing failure seems very remote.

    Thank you, I’m heading to Alaska and thinking hub much easier to change than bearings
