Issues Logging in to TaB Forum on iPhone

Hello - I think this is the right category! I am having issues in the last few days logging in or viewing discussions on my iPhone. I can't login using the https://tabforum.nucamprv.com URL, but I never have been able to login using this URL so maybe that's normal?. But now I can't login or access via the tab-rv.vanillacommunity.com URL, which previously did work. I get the error displayed in the attached image on my iPhone now. However, I can login and access the forum from a MacBook (using Safari) hence why I am able to post this discussion.

Any ideas on why I can't get the vanilla URL to work anymore on my iPhone? I cleared cookies/cache - usually stuff - but no luck so far.

    I have the same issue, started this morning on my android.
    Works fine on the PC.

    Me too, starting yesterday, on Android.

    I don't now what is going on, but it appears to be a problem with the mobile site. It you switch your phone to the desktop site, everything works as expected.

    I was having the same issue, turned off my VPN and it works fine.  Using iPhone X & safari browser.  Edit: I was trying to recreate the problem and I can't.  I think the VPN maybe a red herring.

    Same issue for me too on Android Phone. I still can't access it through the mobile access point.

    Yeah @USSBird I don't have a VPN and still have the issue. Weird thing for me is was working fine last week - and I only noticed the problem yesterday. Initially I suspected the new iOS feature to mask your IP address - Private Relay - but that was enabled before on my iPhone and it was working ok, and Android devices are having the same problem so iOS is likely not the culprit.

    Vanilla reported that they are aware of the issue and they are working to resolve it.  Related to yesterday’s new release.

    We have a temporary fix.  Try your phones again.

    Just checked and temp fix is working on my iPhone! Thanks @Sharon_is_SAM! Looks like a new interface?

    I like the temp fix better than the normal format.  Can it be made permanent?   :)

    Vanilla fixed the bug and they returned us to our previous website theme.  Let us know if you notice any further issues.
