Water from sink and shower faucet just Stopped

Pulled into a new site today, hooked up water. Everything working fine. Several hours later tried to take a shower and the water gradually stopped flowing. Pump working. I have a 2021 Tab BD SOLO. Removed water filter at the source, still no water although the source pressure was very low. But even with the water source turned on and the Nautilus settings switch to fill fresh water tank, no indication the tank was filled on the monitor. In SOUTH CAROLINA, solo!!

    If  you are on "city water", there is no need for the pump.  The water, with the Nautilus set to "city water" should flow directly to the faucets.

    But would this affect the ability to get water into the pipes? Having the pump on?

    Does this sound possible? There is so little water pressure that it cannot get through the check valve on the water inlet?

    The water check valve should open up with water pressure as low as 5psi.  I think the OP has a Nautilus valve setting incorrectly set.

    Any chance your freshwater hose feeding the camper has a screen washer in it....which catches debris & maybe restricts flow?

    If Levers are Set Correctly; fresh water tank water can not be pumped.
    Confirm Lever Setting for City Water,
    Confirm City Water is working.
