Alde Flow - No hot water

After opening the Alde panel, and double checking if Alde Flow is checked as an installed accessory, we get at the end of the control panel "installed accessory" highlighted in red with an indication that service is required. Any information as to what it means and what we should do?

First thing to try is to clear the error. All Alde errors clear the same way, by "resetting the 12V power to the unit."

Easiest way to do this is to turn off 12V power to the trailer. Alde off. Unplug if on shore power. Turn the battery switch off. Wait a few minutes. Turn the battery switch back on and see if it clears the error. Covered in this thread (all the errors clear the same way, so the procedure is the same). You can, if you prefer, remove the 12v cable as pictured in the thread, but just turning off the battery switch is much easier.

Like all Alde errors, they are mysterious, unexplained, and come up with new ways to throw errors all the time. Not sure if this error has come up before. So, try to clear the error and see what happens.

Thank you. We tried to switch the battery off as you suggested. We still have the red warning. Could we do a reset of the system?

Reading this again: in your control panel, is the "error" message at the end of the just at the bottom of the page, or associated with the extra tank (the Alde Flow?) Maybe there is an accessory checked in that list that does not match up with the actual Alde installation in your trailer and that is causing the error?

Rue turning off all power for 5 minutes is the system reset. You can give Truman/Alde USA customer support a call, and they might be able to help you sort this issue.

Thank you for your help. The message is at the end of the installes accessory -installed accessory is in red instead of green. The only accessory checked is alde flow. We have contacted Alde Customer service. Wéll see what they say.
