400 and 320 owners: Did you get your screen door yet? (Bad News)

We received the screen door and the front window screen for our Tab 320S in August after taking delivery of the trailer itself in April.  Screens were installed by our local dealer in August.  No problem with the door, but the front window screen has a plastic frame that prevents the glass cooktop cover from fully opening - makes it impossible to use the stove burners without further modification!!  Anyone else have this problem?  Solutions?  Nucamp not helpful yet.
