No water on a T@B 400

Right now I am connected to city water (and there is water coming out of the spigot, I checked) but I am not getting any water coming out of any of my faucets. I can get water out of my fresh water tank, but nothing from my city connection. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Dumb question, but are you positive you have the four valves in the "city water" position on your nautilus panel?

What year 400 do you have? That info will help our experts here help you.

If your TaB has the Nautilus P3 System than as @marleecamps suggested confirm your Water Management System 'Colored' Lever Positions are correct for City Water:

@amelia, what year is your TaB400/ok a 2021, so you have a Nautilus water control panel on the driver’s side of the TaB towards the rear. These are the valves muttonchops was referring to. You need to set it to the City Water position as shown on the diagram on the panel. It seems you have it on Dry Camp positions, which gets water from the TaB’s water tank, but not from the city water connection.
