broken coupler, 2007 T@B

I'm reaching out to discover if there is a source for a replacement coupler for our 2007 T@B. I have to admit that the damage is the result of using a crowbar for leverage in releasing the coupler is on me. My local option is to have a welder fabricate a 'new' option.
should anyone know of a supplier, any info would be great.

@harvey ; Most likely your trailer has the AL-KO AK10/2 Coupling Head. This is a 2-inch ( 50mm ) coupler. It is very possible a non-ALKO brand coupler will fit/work for you. What is important are the Ball Size, Mounting Bolt spacing, and inside 'channel' height & width. Channel shape should also be noted as several UK available couplers have rounded channel tops while others are flat . . . most basic US couplers also are flat topped.

The UK sites, most of which do international shipping, have several different ball size and AK-KO coupler part numbers . . . so do your homework.

Examine and measure your coupler in detail before ordering a UK or US sourced coupler.

Note:   Replacing the coupler head will not impact your surge brake system. If your coupler is bolted
          on, replacement could be DIY. If the present coupler is welded on, a shop/welder will be
          needed for complete the replacement.
