What size pex?

I have a leak where water goes out of alde. It is at a "twist" connection, not a pex crimp connection. I tightened a bit, but still get a drip, it has been suggested to replace a cone(?) washer. What size washer is used with pex, that is used in 2022 Tab 400 plumbing, or is all pex the same size?

both ends of this connection were leaking, but the one pointed out still has a slight drip. I was told to tighten, or replace cone washer, but do not know the size. I was on the road in the middle of a 6 week trip, so I just bypassed the alde water heater to finish the trip. Guess I'll have to take it apart and take it to replace washer, since I cannot find out the pex size used in a 2022 400 BD.

I believe all you need is the cone shaped washer inside. The diameter of the hole should be around 3/8”. If you need to buy 3 different sized ones it shouldn’t be too expensive.

@Deebee, I think this is the fitting you are looking for. If you only need the gasket, you can gently remove a new gasket from one of these fittings and place it in your existing setup.
