Inner jack tube bottom rust - Repair? Replace?

Looking for suggestions. The lock pin hole for the wheel is no longer a hole. Help and thanks!

    I would replace it. Looks fully rusted out at the bottom.

    Cut it off above the corrosion. An inch or so shorter won't cause any problems.

    That's actually a great idea since these jacks are a hair too long anyways. Also, treat it with a rust inhibitor after cutting it.
