Shower Floor

I just finished this mod.  Not my original idea but it saved me a pant-load of cash.  Found these and thought they would work.  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B4MV3HVZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1.  Wifey thinks it’ll be a great fix for the sandy feet in the bathroom problem.

hoogie69, I thought of doing same.  But why not line up the slats?  I’m definitely not found of the hodgepodge look.

To each his own.  I was going for the basket weave look.
Sure.  Was wondering if fitment or interlocking setup drove decision.  Thanks.

No, the tiles interlock either way so could be used as you might want. I didn’t want to see any inconsistencies if it wasn’t exactly all in rows. I like the basket weave anyway.

I like your bathroom floor.  Looks very creative and artsy 😊 good job.
I ordered one for my TAB 320 and it shortened up the height of my wet bath and also was a very tight fit that when it came time to winterize I could hardly pull it up.  Had to use some tools and pry it up.  So I decided to leave it out this camping season, and camp with another way to protect floor without adding anymore height to the bathroom in my 320.

@Mariea - we purchased a vinyl sink mat for tge bottom of the shower.  It has little suction cups, so it stays in place.  Easy to remove and clean.

I had the same problem with the loss of height when I installed a wooden slat floor.  I removed it and replaced it with a "loofah bath mat".   It fit perfect, non-slip and excellent drainage with no noticeable loss of standing height.  I think it also provides some protection from possible damage caused by stones and gravel.
