Air Conditioner Condensation Drain Hose Sealant (Exterior)

Any recommendation(s) for what type of sealant to use to re-seal the exterior end of the air conditioner condensation drain hose?  The factory sealant is a thick black rubber-like sealant.  I am probably going to have to cut it with a razor knife to release the coroplast cover from the hose.  I imagine it is some sort of common automotive sealant, but I have never had a need to do that, so I am not familiar with what it may be.  Thanks!

Not sure what nuCamp used, but they have recommended use of GeoCell for our CSS hatch.

Thanks, @Sharon_is_SAM.  I was aware that they have recommended the Geocel 2300 MHRV sealant, and I believe it is what they also use to seal the areas around the wheel wells, etc.  However, I have never used it myself, so I don't know what it is like (or looks like) out of the tube.  The sealant around he A/C drain tube is very thick and gray.  The sealant nuCamp put around my wheel wells is black and relatively shiny (wet looking), but maybe that is because it is recent.  I imagine the Geocel will do the trick, so I will probably go that route if nobody else chimes in with a better idea.  Thank you!!

It appears to be a rubberized flashing caulk (any hardware store...) based on the stringy slop on mine.  Proflex will do quite well , just need something that adheres well and remains flexible.
Do not use plastic roofing cement which dries hard.

Thanks, @Maxcamp, I will take a look at Proflex.  I appreciate the suggestion.
