2025 Tab 400 Air Conditioner

Our A/C works well enough: it is located on the driver side lower front corner under the bench seat and is ducted (nice feature). Water builds up in the drip pan and eventually will drain out the hose. The issue we have, not all water drains out, there is some left puddled in the pan, so when we move the trailer, the remaining water sloshes up and out onto the floor wetting anything under the table. I have tried settling up so the trailer has a slight driver side tilt and with front down a little but no luck, some water still remains in the pan. Anyone else have issue like this? Any idea how to solve the problem?

Have you considered a cover for the exterior venting of your A/C?

Well, I copied an idea that AndreO had posted from September 2023. See pics. However, my issue occurred after a few days camping. I went to move the trailer to another site and that’s when it happened.

There are drain tubes, usually in the outside corners of the drain pan.  These tubes have been known to clog with dirt or even mud dobber wasps.  You should be able to view these from beneath the trailer and check and clear them with a wire or similar thin stick of some sort.

Thx, this setup has two 3/8” holes thru the right and left front corner of the Cool Cat pan. Those drain forward to an area with a single large hole in the front. There is another maybe drain tube (clear) on the right side coming from somewhere inside which extends forward enough to empty into the lower area. At this time the only thing I can figure; it was a windy sunny day and the sun was shining right into the A/C. I did notice no condensation dripping out, so maybe the sun and wind was evaporating the water off that forward pan area faster than condensation could move forward. Still trying to get more info on the clear tube.

My 2009 T@B CS had the drains out the bottom of the grate similar to your photos.  It's still possible for debris to block them but much less likely.  They look clear in your photos.
