Found this trash can on Amazon after careful measure and LOTS of searching -
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFCDDV5KClipped off the little side hooks and mounted a pair of heavy picture hangers:

Mounted the companion hangers (inserting) onto the trash can:

I made sure that the weight of the trash can rested mostly on the lip of the door's inset so that there would be less stress on the picture hanger-thingies. Fits perfectly into the recess, even with the swivel top! Just enough to be bigger, but not too much of an intrusion inside or out.

The swivel part (by accident) rubs a bit on the door plastic, but allows it to be propped open during use. If it becomes an issue, I'll just put some 1/8" inserts behind one or the other pair of mounts........

The top lid insert pinches a trash bag nicely to hold it in place! This one is a THREE thumbs up!

The door/screen design on the newer T@Bs is the thing I dislike most. They should have stuck with a standard door and swing out screen door combination.

While I would not advocate closing on screen deliberately, the pleated screen easily deflects and should be fine- see pic.

After this trip will shift to middle or swap can with extinguisher. For now using doublestick tape and did not cut off plastic door tabs.

For the can side I'll use a short bolt and nut.

The biggest downside of this trash can, in my opinion, is it blocks the drawer underneath the fridge when the T@B door is closed. Other, not problems: The lid of the trash can does not fit in this configuration, but this is not a problem for us. And, yes, the trash can interferers with the screen door, but, again not a problem for us.
I have kept the original "trash can," the lid and lid spacers and will provide to the next owners of this rig when the time comes.

Clever.
A little hot knife mod on the lid might solve the lid fit problem?
