I have a 2023 320 and suffered a bit of hail damage on the back half of the roof. It is approximately 12-15 dings, not too noticeable or very large, but still there. The insurance company will cover roof replacement and I have been debating if it is worth the repair effort and time. The closest dealer is 5 hours away, so repair would result in two trips. Also, what are the risks of removing the roof, solar panel, Yakima rack, and back bumper bars? If the damage is cosmetic, is it better to just live with it? Or does the hail damage reduce the value/resale enough that it is worth the effort? If anyone has dealt with this dilemma, I really appreciate you sharing your input/experience!

I chose to not have it replaced. Made little difference when selling it.
