My journey to bring my new 360 up to snuff continues and this month I am concerned with the bathroom faucet. It is a combined shower head and faucet that has a switch in the handle to switch from shower stream to faucet stream.
It works poorly:
* It has a high flow and uses far more water than my Tab 320 shower head
* There isn’t an off button on the shower handset.
* The buttons on the handle beneath the rubber are clicky and smudgy and cranky (hard to describe). Difficult to reliably click.
I am trying to get it corrected under warranty, but the dealer is saying that it operates as designed. Is that possible? Does anyone else have one that works similarly badly? Do I have upgrade options?

We have a 360CS and like the option of the faucet to change from spray (shower) to stream (to wash our hands and brush teeth). We have an inline small ball valve to turn ON/OFF. It still hangs fine for a shower.
Agree the stream uses more than a shower head and the button isn't smooth. I've looked around for another choice with stream/shower combo. Found a few in the boating world...but they were very expensive ($50-$70) and did not look like they would hang well in the OEM bracket.

Do a search for Boat head shower sink faucet only and a bunch show up. You can find just the faucet part w/o the sink ON/OFF

I replaced the kitchen faucet in our CSS with a typical home pullout; it has only 16” or so of extension.
I’m still looking to buy or build a spring-loaded take-up reel for the hose, so that we could use its full length.
