Bathroom Modification

Took our TAB on it's "shake down" trip to Cape Cod. Everything worked except the TV. Looks like will have to replace it. Doesn't seem likely that we would actually use the bath room but would think about modifying it as a closet. Has any one done this? This could be done leaving the toilet and shower fixtures in place. We found we made frequent trips to the car clothing.

    Yep, Little Guy did it--they called it the "U" model.  ;-)

    Seriously, while the tiny head is a selling point for most "S" buyers, a removable rod and some sort of shelving that fits into shower pan could create a makeshift closet. Just plan carefully so as not to damage anything during installation or transit, as the pan and the walls are not designed as robustly as a cabinet would be.

    Thanks Scott Talked to the factory and cautioned as you did about what be behind the wall. A pressure rod works OK but you have to around to find one at max 22". Also was concerned that toilet walls papered and wondered about water damage behind the paper. I was assured that the paper was "waterproof" We shall see!

    We have put 4 small hooks on the wall  above the mirror, and are using them to hang our clothes. Works great!

    It's amazing what you can hang on Command strips. Be sure to prep the wall with the alcohol, as the instructions say.

    I have 2 light-springed curtain rods inside my bath - one over the mirror and one behind the potty. The rubber ends and small bit of tension from the rods keep the washcloth and small hand towel hung nicely (one item per rod).
