Anyone else having trouble signing in using safari? Firefox works with the same log in info, but lately, safari doesn't. Any tips?

I recall in the past there being issues with Safari and the software used here. My suggestion, stick with Firefox.

I'm having no trouble on safari

I'm using an iPad and it uses Safari. Maybe clear cache and cookies and make sure you're using the right login credentials.2013 MAXX T@B towed by a 2015 Volvo S60 5 CYL AWD Sedan

No safari problem here on any of my three devices - yep, clear cache/cookies and restart safari

No problems here on Safari. Apparently last night there were probably updates made to the forum software because I had to log into each forum, but that happens every week or so.Verna, Columbus, IN

Safari is really strict on login cookies if you run the default preferences. Go to: Safari Menu -> Preferences. Click the Privacy Icon. Check the Always allow radio button under 'Cookies and website data'. You will be able to login after doing that.

For Safari on iPhone/iPads ... Either of the last two coices are fine...Suspect same on desktop...

When my ipad is slow to load, I end up Clearing History and Website Data on Safari. It works, but of course I then need to login again...Pxlated, I used your recommended Crop Size app for this!

PXLated- speaking of signatures - should I be able to view signatures using an ipad/iphone?Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

I can see your signature, Sharon, on my iPhone. Watching a BB game on the iPad right now so I can't speak for the iPad right now...SAM said:PXLated- speaking of signatures - should I be able to view signatures using an ipad/iphone?Verna, Columbus, IN

Wether you can see sigs or not depends on how you have it set in your profile - Click on your name at top, then edit profile - it's a drop-down under that little profile graphic. There will then be a list of things like signature in the right hand column you can choose/edit.

-
OK, I can't see anybody's signatures. My signature profile has "Hide signatures always" checked and you can see mine??? This is on the PC and ipad - what's up with that?Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

Hide sigs means sigs won't display "for you" not that we can't see yours. Uncheck that and you'll see sigs.
-
Well watta ya know! Gotta change that sig!Sharon / 2017 T@B CSS / 2015 Toyota Sienna Minivan / Westlake, Ohio

I use Safari and frequently have trouble logging into this forum, probably after updates. I found that I can log onto the Little Guy forum, then I'm back in business here.Gil Butler, Folsom, CA, 2015 T@B M@XX CS - White with Yellow tim

gilbutler - That's kind of strange. Safari has only caused me problems a couple of times. I do keep everything updated.

Correct, both of the bottom options are essentially the same. I use 'always allow' as it is no less secure than the option above it yet has fewest problems with cross URL cookies.Jon & Angela | Florissant Colorado | 2017 Outback S
