At 6'1", 220 and not as limber as use to be, I shower in the tab.  I will use campground showers when they are available but when camping where there are no showers I don't hesitate to use the one in the camper.   Short hair (or no hair in my case) makes this much easier.  Quick and efficient is the name of the game.
