Hanging things on the walls

I am a complete newbie and just got my first T@B. I am sprucing up the interior and want to hang some things on the wall. Is it like hanging something on a regular wall? Do I use screws, nails? Silly question, I know, but any help is welcome. Thanks!

So the walls if at all possible should be left as the are, meaning don't poke holes in them. They are basically thin aluminum sandwiched over foam. Command strips and heavy duty Velcro works well. Give it a try.

I didn't know what they were made of but I suspected it wasn't made for heavy construction! Thank you for your help. :-)

Actually the aluminum is in the struts and exterior roof only:

The outside walls are a fiberglass mix (Alufiber) and the roof is a thin aluminum.

One model, and one model only, has aluminum on the outside of the walls, in addition to the roof,  and that is the Sofitel.

Thanks to all of you! The last thing I want to do is mess up this gorgeous teardrop so I heard you loud and clear. :-)

Welcome to the T@B family! Just an FYI - I live in S. Florida so my camper is in the heat full time. The command strips work great. Wipe the wall with a little alcohol and let dry before adhering. And don't use the new clear sticky strips. They don't hold up to the heat. The others work wonderfully!
