How to store dirty clothes

Does anyone have any neat ideas on how to store your dirty clothes between laundering while on the road? 
I've tried using a milk crate I can slide under the bed in our clam-shell.  Also a collapsing basket we got from Camping World - is too big and takes up too much space in the back of my truck.
My most recent idea is to use a onion bag obtained from the local grocery store and then store it in the back of the truck in some available nook or cranny.  (PS:  I have a hard cover for the back of my Colorado.)
Any better ideas, please?

    We use a large, net sack so air circulates the clothing.  Now we have the wetbath, so that is an easy place to hang the bag and remove when using the shower.  But, I know you don’t have a wetbath, but don’t you have some kind of closet storage?  If you leave your bed made up, the under-bed area is as good a place as any.  Show us a picture of the front inside if you can.

    We keep our dirty clothes in a net laundry bag in the back seat of the tv.

    I use an old military laundry bag. That sucker has been on more camping trips than I can count!

    We, too, keep it in a mesh laundry bag tossed in the back of our TV.

    Thank you all for your comments.  We are going to try the onion bag in the back of the TV and see how it works.  (PS:  you can get the mesh onion bags at the produce department of your local grocery store for free - might want to wash them before the first use though!)

    I used to use an Ozark Trail folding cooler bag on a frame outside my camper (under an awning). It kept it off the ground, had a cloth lid, and we also kept our shower bags in there. We could pull the bag off the frame and carry it to the laundry. I found it at Wal-Mart on clearance for $5 about 10 years ago. I wish I had bought more of them, as it has worn out and the frame broke.

    It's on wheels and folds up flat and fits in my closet when folded, has wheels to sit up off the ground outside the camper (under an awning).

    For moving trips where I'm not stopped for several days, I just use a garbage bag in the back seat of the truck.

    We use a single compression sac like this:

    Not free, but small and well made. We put a week’s clothes, cloths, towels in one. 
    And becomes as small as can be!
