Yep, as @Grumpy_G noted the metal brackets have failed. That is the Gray Water Tank . . . not something connected to it 😉 Your 2013 should be about the same as this picture :2 -

IMHO, the only realistic approach is to replace the Axle with the Boondock 'pitched' axle. {this figure shows the axle pitch . . in the early years a Boondock was named 'Outback'}…1
