I have it on mine. It works well when the conditions are ideal, but if you are on an up or down grade it won't work. With the backup cameras I never seem to use the assist.
We just recently purchased a Tab 400 and realize we don't have much visibility when it comes to backing up. We're looking for recommendations for attachable side mirrors and a backup camera with monitor. As newbies to the "towing" world, any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
I use my iPhone and iPad as a RV backup system... Bought a phone holder with suction cup to mount to t@b bumper... Place iPad on dash... Make FaceTime call to myself and Bingo... Turn sound off if interference is an issue... Cameras are better than any I've seen.. Total cost 11 bucks....
I've read tons of posts on here about people installing a backup camera on their non-clamshell model T@Bs. But I have a CS, so need a different solution. I want to use the "backup" camera always on, to help me safely change lanes as well as backing into a campsite. So obviously the placement of the camera is important.…
