Sold our beloved T@B for a Vintage Cruiser

in Introductions
After 5 years and 45 trips we traded in our wonderful Dory (320S Max) for a 17SCD Vintage Cruiser this week.  My wife wanted  space and more storage, but it comes with twice the weight.  Probably have to get a bigger TV ☹️ than our Tacoma. The construction quality ain’t the same for sure...and I’m gonna miss the Alde’s quiet purr.  Most of all I’ll miss this group of wonderful and supportive friends (RIP Larry and Booger).

    We we looked at the 400, but didn’t like the bed arrangement for two...poor Sue would’ve been the one stuffed against the back wall.  

    I hope its OK for me to peek into the T@B forum for a while!  I enjoy the comments and may still be able to contribute from my schooling of hard knocks...

    Doesn't mean you have to leave the group! I have a tiny Retro toy hauler and still hang around. I can't help it. I love the people here!! You also have knowledge on your T@B that you can impart.

    Our 2015 model owner cohort is slipping in numbers! But now JD and Sue will ha e lots of room for storage and Lucas (beautiful dog.)

    Hopefully, I will see you next summer!

    @DurangoTaB hope it is a good one! TWD had one for a few months, leaked from day one and they got rid of it.

    Of course you and Sue can stick around, @DurangoTaB!  As others have mentioned, your experience (remember your Alde freight train?!!) is invaluable to the rest of us.
