Need advice regarding Norcold 3-way refrigerator (model N180 3R (2019 320S Boondock Edge)

The refrigerator seems to work fine on 110volts and propane.  We do not plan to use it on 12-volt power.  Why not use the 12-volt?  In order to do that I would need a BCDC setup.  The TV only provides a small amount of DC power.  We do have solar, but between the two (TV and solar) I don't think it would be enough to keep up with the refrigerator draw.

I've attached some pics since the advice I need regards this refrigerator as installed as shown.  Questions:

1.  We've owned several RVs with adsorption refrigerators.  All have had some sort of fan to increase airflow and cooling of the condenser coil.  This refrigerator does not have a fan and I'm thinking of installing one.  Has anyone else done this and if so, did it improve the performance of the refrigerator.  Is there any reason this should not be done?  The bottom pic shows what I plan to do.

2.  As I mentioned, we are not going to use the 12-volt system while driving.  We have always used propane while underway and have taken suitable precautions when refueling.  The combustion chamber for this model seems to be fairly well shielded from any wind.  But again, it would be good to have some input from those that have used the propane mode of this refrigerator while traveling.

Numerous owners have done something similar with the previous model Norcold 3-way. nuCamp even offered a kit for this. Those older units drew air up through the floor, over the coils on the left of the unit, across the top, and out a single vent at the side. One of the drawbacks of this was that the surface of the counter would get pretty warm. The fan was ostensibly supposed to help keep the counter cool--I can't say if it actually improved fridge performance, but it seems it should and I can't see how it could hurt.
At least one other owner added an additional fan below the cooling fins. I don't recall who that was or if they posted any performance data, but I'm sure the discussion is lurking here somewhere.

One of the first mods I did....I was surprised how hot the counter was over the fridge.   With a couple of fans and a 120 degree thermal switch wire tied to the radiator problem solved
