What is the best generator to buy for tab

I am thinking about getting a generator. What size do you suggest. Just to run fridge and lights a few days.

Based on what your signature says you have for a unit, I would by a 2K Watt Predator (Harbor Freight) and get the 1 year warranty. Return it in less than a year for a new one, pay the warranty and have a new generator every year for like $80.00. I had the 2K but exchanged for the 3500 Watt after we got a Tab 400 BDL, they work great and are a fraction of the price of a Honda. Used it for several hours this weekend as a matter of fact. Consumer Reports also rate Predator very high and in some case higher than Honda.

The folks at Genconnex claim full running wattage of1800w in propane converted Honda eu2200i. To estimate "usable" amps, is denominator 110, 115 or 120 (volts)?

So look is like you will get around 15amps of 115VAC power for an average.
