How to sell our T@B 320 S (2017/18)

We have enjoyed every trip in our sweet camper, but health reasons are going to force us to sell.  My questions are-I made the camper into twin beds because it was more convenient for us, do I return it to a queen camper and remove the twin bed formation? I mounted the wheel on the front so I could get to it-but never had to use it.  We have the tent which we used every vacation, and we have the visor (which is new).  Do I attempt to sell everything together or separately?  We purchased expensive 3" latex mattresses for the twin beds, and they are wonderful. Would I set the camper up as the twin bed configuration with the latex mattresses or set it up as the lounge with the table for pictures?  I have matching curtains also.  I mounted the sewer on the front so its easy to use.  Just not sure how to approach the selling our camper.  Any ideas would be helpful.  The only mark on this camper is where a Canadian goose hit the front side.  It pulls like a dream.  Thanks T@B members for your help.

I think it all depends. How did you make your twin beds? Most people did so in a way that was easily reversible, in which case you show it as twins and show how to convert it back. If yours isn’t easily reversible, offer up the option that you’ll handle putting it back to original if they want.

Likewise, offer a package deal that includes tent and visor, but if someone wants to bargain you down too far, tell them you’ll be keeping those items to sell separately.

As for pics, the more photos, the better. Most people don’t show enough. Good luck with your sale!

I would return it to the standard or factory configuration.  Inasmuch as there are people out there who might opt for twin beds you will have better luck appealing to a larger market and people looking for the larger bed size if you still have the stock mattress.  If your sewer hose storage looks good as is leave it that way.  There isn’t much you can do about the Canadian goose strike blemish other than to e plain what happened, knock off a few bucks and make a sale.  Take 6-8 photos, resize them before posting to the forum and read the ad posting requirements and you should be all set.  Keep it simple so far as your ad as most individuals have done their research and know what they are looking for and what they can afford in a trailer.   Check pricing, be reasonable and know your bottom line and you will probably sell it once you find the right party.

    Good luck!

I would include info in the ad that you have the ability to set up as twin beds.

@KatieKamper, photos, and some good "staging" will go a long way toward finding an interested/willing purchaser. A couple of placemats, napkins, silverware set up on the table with a single flower in a bud vase for that pic is inviting.  A tea kettle on the stove, with a cup on the counter, or a few bottles of spices. Something attention focusing in the kitchen area. Remove your posters, pictures and knickknacks and personal stuff. A buyer wants a clear slate to envision themselves in that camper, not you or your adventures. Lay out all the extra things you are including and take pics with that extra gear. A photo with the tent up and attached is great, as is a picture with the visor on. Display what you have and you'll attract good, serious buyers. Remember, right now, it is a seller's market. Post on multiple venues if you need a sale extra quickly. Good luck with your sale, but sorry to see you go. -Denise
