Screen door issues with 2018 T@B 320 S

Anyone else experience this with the T@B 320S sliding screen door, started a week after purchase - we bought used in July. The door still works, just the bottom string is doing it.

If you got it from a dealer, contact them.  This happens after a time, and the solution is to replace the door.  That said, some members here have successfully re stringed the door.  Do a search here for Tab screen door.

Happened to me, I’ve got a CS-S and thought about pulling the door off to restring it but can’t even figure out how to get to it around the trim carpentry.  We’ve used duct tape to keep the string in place, it doesn’t tension it but largely keeps it out of the way.
