Is anyone using RV Trip Wizard to plan trips?  Have you had any problems with the program or with contacting the company?
I signed up for the program but forgot the password.  I tried their password retrieval/reset program but never got a response.  I sent an email asking for help and they haven't responded.  Are they still in business?  All of their instructional videos seem to be several years (and maybe several versions) old.

    There are a lot of dead sites on the Internet that show up.  Perhaps this is one.

    That’s too bad. I used the app for a year. I liked it, it was fun planning routes. I didn’t renew because I still plan better on a bar nap...lol

    I have been using RV Trip Wizard for trip planning for about a year.  Currently I am planning for cross country trip next spring (fingers crossed) and I am using Rv Trip Wizard. I really like the RV Trip Wizard as a tool after getting used to it.

    I can get the web page to load, requested the demo, will see what happens.  The Facebook page is active, with recent comments on travelers using RV Trip Wizzard so it seems to be alive and well.  Will report back if I get the demo sent to me.

    UPDATE--
    I finally managed to get a phone call answered.  The guy was very nice and very helpful.  Problem resolved and I am planning a trip.  So far it seems to be a pretty good program.

    Used it to plan 7 months of travel  this year and used it this morning to work on my 2021 plans. They responded to my emails quickly a couple of months ago. Maybe something out of the ordinary was happening.

    I have it and have had no issues.  Now, I'm running it from a desktop.  I don't like the app - for some reason I can't access my saved trips.

    We use it all the time. Haven't had any problems with it. Works on my Mac Mini, our iPads and iPhones. Like that flexibility.

    Is it RV Trip Wizard or just plain Trip Wizard?  I can’t find RV Trip Wizard in the App Store, just Trip Wizard by Yaroslavl Gilmullin.  Is that the one?

    We decided to pay the $49 for a year membership. I’ve planned four trips with it and it worked very easily. Good to play with it some and learn the ins and outs about how it works. I usually have Google Maps in another window to help with mileage and time between possible stops.
