Unexpected Battery Charge Reading on Victron

Hi, I'm puzzled by the readings I'm getting on my Victron battery monitor. I'm on 30amp power at the camp ground and after 24 hours being plugged in, I'm seeing 99.8% charge and a tiny drain of .4 amp hours on my batteries. Do you think the Victron just needs a programming adjustment, or is the something not working right?  I've never seen it do this before when plugged in.

Shoot, I didn't take a pic of that, but I think it was 13.65 or 13.85.  I'm back home now so I'm having to rely on my memory.

It is important to note that the BMV-712 will perform a Zero Calibration at random intervals. This should correct this or you can force it from the App on your phone. Just make sure that you actually have zero amp draw before forcing it or it will be wrong.

In several months (can't remember when I installed mine) it has only performed this 2 or 3 times the last time I looked.

And the readings look correct, yiur percentage reading should be 100% at 13.xx VDC, so a zero recalibration should correct this.  Just turn off your battery switch to eliminate any minor draw, when you do the zero adjustment.
