I just bought a 2004 tab and have never owned a camper before. I need help (a manual) to learn about water hookups and propane pilot light? Stove and heater not working.

I don't think I've ever seen a owner's manual go by for an older Dutchman T@B. However, if you haven't found it already, there are several resources in the forum's "User's Manuals..." category.

In any case, a 2004 T@B owner's manual may be of limited help for troubleshooting purposes. You might do better to search online for the manuals that go with your specific components.
