When I connected to city water to dewinterize my 2021 T400 I got a large leak from somewhere inside the Alde box! The leak stops when I put the two yellow relief valves in the upright position directing the water outside through the drains. If the heat exchanger coil inside the Alde unit is the problem I’m sure the entire unit will have be removed or replaced which will take weeks here in Canada, our dealer isn’t taking service bookings until July! Does any one know if you can bypass the water heating elements of the Alde system? Then we could at least use the unit while we wait. The flood also knocked out the 12V system, the main breaker in the passenger-side cargo space won’t reset. A dark day in Saskatchewan.

Someone with experience with a 400 can let you know specifics on the valves settings.

Hopefully, just drying it should fix it.
If your flood was that extreme, it might be a good idea to unplug the tab and turn off the battery until you have dried it out thoroughly.

If just using the Alde for cabin heat, make sure the Alde tank is empty and turn off the water at the Alde control panel.
If you want to add cold water to your toilet and taps, you should be able to set the Nautilus to City Water and turn the red handle horizontal to bypass the Alde water tank. For use of the fresh water tank and pump, again turn the red handle horizontal and use Dry Camping after filling your fresh water tank.
