Foggy windows

Does anyone know how to clear the fogginess and condensation marks that seems to be between the two window panes of the front window? These do NOT come out when I clean inside and/or outside. They seem to be permanent and do not go away even when windows are "cracked" open. I also do not see anyway to remove the window alone in order to separate the two panes myself to clean in between. Do I need to replace the whole thing? Will the company, nuCamp, help me? Thanks!

My nuCamp is a TAB400 and it is a 2018 model. We have only used it for 5 short trips. We live in Colorado so although it's not humid, we do have vast extremes in temperature - for example, the morning can start at (in the summer) 50 degrees and go up to 95 by the afternoon. We kept in under a cover (purchased specifically for nuCamp) all winter. I noticed the smudgy looking places when I took it out for the first trip this summer. I will email the help website you suggested.
