Hot water coming out of cold faucet setting

While running the cabin heater and NOT heating the water, our cold water in the faucets is coming out hot.
Are we doing something wrong?

Anytime you turn on the Alde and there is water in the Alde water tank, the water heats by default.  Does it turn cold after a time? Does hot water run from the hot controls?  What year and model TaB do you have!

    Thank you for getting back.
    We have a new 2021 400 Tab.
Had the hot water setting off. Water only spit very little when turning the faucet handle to the hot setting.
The water coming out of the tap while running on the cold water setting of the faucet was very warm and did not get cold. We Were hooked to 30 amp electric. Did not run the water more than about 5 minutes after it starting coming out hot. Turn off the cabin heater and went to bed. Water running out of cold faucet in the morning was still warm.
While Boondocking on gas and using the cabin heater, the water ran cold on the cold setting in the faucet.
Both time we have been in high altitude in Colorado.
    Quite confusing.
    We love our Tab 400!

During my 320S walk-through the toilet and cold water taps were HOT.
Turned out the camping/winter season values were set wrong.
So double check your water system value setting.

    I’m having a similar issue with my 2021 tab400

well, I have two things going on

    (1) when dry camping and using the pump, my water sputters.  We are going to troubleshoot to see if there is any air in the lines or if the pump needs to be primed

    (2) also it appears as though the hot and cold water supply lines are mixed.   Ex- my toilet flushes hot water and my spigots for both sinks run hot/cold opposite the color coding.   I should check the outdoor shower, as I’m thinking about this, because it has a warm water knob

Check the water connections on the back of the Nautilus and pump to make sure all is tigh.  As for the hot/cold water issue, check the valve settings to be sure they are correct.
    cheers

If the Alde bypass is open, then I think hot water can mix with the cold.  Can you take a picture of the Nautilus settings?
