New owner of 2009 Dutchman Tab with questions

I'm new to the forum and also to a newly purchased 2009 Dutchman Tab. I have no owners manual to resort to.
The previous owner removed the sink and stove and covered the opening with metal. I'm not sure if it came with a refer.
I believe that all the plumbing and gas piping are still in place; however, there is no propane tank brackets on the tongue. there is a connection under the camper for a gas hookup.
So what I'm looking for is a stove and sink replacement for the camper and any other advice.  Thanks

There really wasn't any useful owners manual.  There are many useful appliance and chassis manuals in the files here.  
Here is a copy of the 2009 sales broacher.  It may help you  know what was stock originally.
