Do I need to do anything with changing any settings on the VictronConnect app that I installed to monitor my battery and solar. I have the SmartSolar: MPPT 75/15 that came with the 2021 Tab 400 BD. I saw another forum stating that you had to change some of it by it was all like a foreign language to me. Does anyone have a picture or cheat sheet on what they should be or do I just leave everything the way it was when I followed instructions to download.

If you can't find these settings here on the forum, you might contact your battery manufacturer tech support with the settings questions. Look at the app, press the settings (Gear) icon in the upper right, and select 'Battery'. There will be a list of settings that you can ask for specifics about.
(I'm not near our Tab right now, so I can't elaborate. I can get mine for you later today, but mine aren't for AGM, just standard flooded.)

Here are the settings for the MPPT75/15 that I used, again with great success.
I have since switched to Lithium.
