We have a 2021 320S with the Isotherm 65 EL 2 way frig. After 6 months the wire shelf broke at a weld. I contacted our dealer, Apache Camping, who advised to contact Isotherm directly about warranty fix. It is a little tricky as you have discover that Isotherm is a product of a Indel Webasto, a partnership out of Italy with an American office. Once I talked to Fabio and sent photos he immediately sent a replacement shelf.

    I had an excellent experience with Isotherm also. I have the 2-way fridge. It wasn't cooling properly. Creed gave me the contact for Mike Cusare. He ran me through several diagnostics, but couldn't find the problem. He had me box it up and send it back, and they sent me a new fridge. Works great now.
