putting water into the water tank

we typically camp in national forest campgrounds and use three gallon water tanks to bring water to the camper. But there doesn't appear to be a way to dump these tanks into the water tank. NuCamp told me that the water pump in the trailer can be used to draw the water out of our three gallon water containers into the trailer with the help of a hose. I want to know if this is true, that the onboard water pump can do this. Please let me know and thank you.

If you have a Nautilus, then, yes, you can arrange the Nautilus valves and use the pump to siphon water from your container into the TaB fresh water tank.

Please remember to define what year and model TaB you have. It will help us help you.

You will need a short bit of hose, just long enough to go from the city water connection on the Nautilus and reach into the bottom of your jugs.

That's how we do it. We have a 5 gal and a 2 gal collapsible jug depending on how far the water source is.2021 T@B 320 S Boondock

If you have the Nautilus 2.5 in a newer 320 (2021 and up I believe), you use the "sanitize / winterize" outlet to fill the tank by using the pump suction. See below. It works pretty slick, doesn't take much time, uses little energy, and at least for me, is a lot less messy than having to lift jugs and pour water into a funnel. I had to do that on the T@G we owned and I typically got wet shoes.
As @Sharon_is_SAM said, it helps to include the model and year because things are different depending on that.
