Does the white plastic cover on the radius of the 320 Boondock turn yellow?

The TaB trim is ABS plastic, same color all the way through.  Our Blue trim (blue paint on cars fades more in areas with a lot of sun) is four years old and shows no sign of fading.  I assume black would be the same.  White, which can discolor easily is another issue.  The trim on new TaBs is smaller and not wrapped around like the previous TaBs we’re, which should help with sun issues.

I wonder how deep into the plastic the discoloration goes.  If just the surface, maybe a polishing product would remove it and bring back the original color?
