Black Stains on Floor Appearing 2020 Tab 400

This weekend while cleaning the camper out for a battery replacement project, I noticed these black stains all over the floor in front of the door of our 2020 Tab 400.  After a quick search of the forum, I found another thread where other owners of the same model year (looking at you @Dutch061) were reporting the same issue.  I’m really concerned as our warranty has just run out, but the stains have just now appeared in our camper.  It makes me wonder how many other people are having this issue.

Aside from the documented 2020 floor issue, I am curious if you used a rubber backed rug/mat over the floor.  I know rubber can cause staining.

Ours was stained before we took delivery, we used it until the fall of 2021 and took it back to the dealership. It took the ride back to Sugarcreek to replace the floor covering and some other work. The replacement was done wonderfully, very pleased with that and the other things that were taken care of.

In my case, it was suspect that the stains were caused by the adhesive used when the flooring was installed.

Check out this video.  Looks like you may have an adhesive issue that other 2020 400s have had. Like Dutch061 said, reach out to NuCamp.

Yes, but the stains are well beyond where the rug was as well.

So if I am out of warranty, but original owner.. is NuCamp correcting this issue? I have a few spots.. wondering if more will come?

Send an email to Warranty@nucamprv.com with pictures.  They will advise you how to proceed.

The TaB has a 3-year structure warranty that covers the floor.
