Need help! Lost all power traveling in Nebraska

We are traveling and are in Colorado near Nebraska and we have lost all power. Maybe someone can help with this puzzle.

We were sitting in trailer with Alde running and the Alde error message said gas failure but propane is full. Then it said low battery gas failure. Then it went to just a low battery error message
At that point the BMV read 13.71 but at the control panel the battery only had one red light.
We unhooked from the truck and at that point we lost all power.
We then checked:
1. battery disconnect it is in on position
2. checked the  fuse-and reset switch in the storage compartment and it is fine
3. disconnected from the truck and the battery started to tank. It is at 13.3
4. We disconnected the battery and it continues to drop.
We have no power at all and are very confused.

So we really need to get this working! Does anyone know of a good Tab dealer or RV repair in the Nebraska area? We are in the upper NE corner of CO and headed to Omaha tomorrow.
Thanks!

What year is your TaB 400, and what battery configuration do you have?
You could email or call nüCamp Customer service to find the nearest TaB dealer, but any good RV trailer service provider can work out an electrical issue.
Is your inverter on?  It is the only load device connected directly to the battery, that would continue to drain the batter with the battery disconnect switch turned off.
Check the Inverter Control Panel and make sure the inverter is off.  Then ykur TV might be able to recharge the battery back up whilst you are driving.

@xdr - was your battery fully charged prior to travel?  Check the break away brakes - if it slipped out, it can drain a battery.
When you say “we unhooked from the truck”, do you mean the 7 pin?  Check to see if the charge wire on the 7 pin from your truck is working.

We have a Tab 2021 with 2 AGM batteries.
Inverter was not on at all- we are positive.  Funny thing is we just turned it on and the green light for the inverter came on. Only light that has functioned and then we turned it back off.

Even weirder is that our neighbor with a Winnebago Mercedes RV also has no power. He had power until he pulled in as well. Weird coincidence I’m sure but also strange.
We are both parked -no electric or water-at a harvest host.

Thank you for the input @Denny16

If you have a Victron shunt, ignore the voltage reading, and go to the "consumed amp hours" section of the display.  That will show you how many amps you have used and give you a clearer picture of what you have used.  If you just have the Victron App that goes with a Victron Controller:  If you are trying to read voltage with the battery switch on, and items running in the trailer, the voltage will always read low. Try taking that voltage reading with the battery switch off after waiting a few minutes.
Normally, though, a power loss like this is usually traced to one of the items you checked off:  a battery fuse on the battery wires. The Gloso circuit breaker.  Check and double check them.

Hopefully you have a multimeter at hand. First, check voltage directly at the batteries. Then start checking voltage to ground from there towards the power center. The fact that the BMV showed fully charged battery voltage but the control panel and the Alde show low voltage I'm thinking loose connection somewhere, or an issue with the battery disconnect switch.

Hahaha!! That did cross our mind Denny!
Ok, I pulled the fuse on the relay(?) in the rear storage compartment, reinserted it and immediately everything powered up so problem solved. Maybe it had come loose as we do spend a lot of time on forest service roads or ? We have power and everything seems to be normal now. As to the Mercedes’ it was gone this morning🤔

So no-one warned you about Nebraska?

Sorry, it should be required info in all the camping manuals.

Obviously, the guy with the Mercedes didn't do his homework either........

Hope you've made a change in your plans now.
